If you are uninsured or choose not to use health insurance for care, federal law generally gives you the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for scheduled health care services or when you request an estimate.

To request a Good Faith Estimate for Ascendant Counseling Center services, call (702) 451-2141. The scheduling/billing team will confirm the service, provider, expected charges, and the information needed to prepare the estimate.
If the final bill is substantially higher
Federal rules provide a patient-provider dispute process in qualifying situations when billed charges are at least $400 more than the Good Faith Estimate. Eligibility and deadlines are determined under the federal No Surprises Act rules.
Important limitations
- A Good Faith Estimate is not a guarantee that additional clinically necessary services will never be recommended.
- Insurance benefits, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and authorization requirements are determined by your health plan and may differ from self-pay pricing.
- Wellness memberships and nonclinical wellness services are separate from insured behavioral-health services unless expressly stated otherwise.
